Megan Shea

Current Associate Athletic Director and Head Varsity Field Hockey Coach at the Rivers School.

Megan has coached at the Division I college level for 13 years. She spent her last year as an Associate Head Field Hockey Coach at the University of New Hampshire (UNH)and before that at Brown University. Prior to Brown Megan was the Head Coach at Merrimack College where she spent 5 years with the warriors winning the teams first ever conference championship. Before Merrimack, she was an Assistant at Northeastern University, Columbia University and the University of New Hampshire. Megan has 13 + years working with different clubs around the region including USA Field Hockey programs. She was a DI All-American at the University of New Hampshire where she graduated with a bachelors in sociology and nutrition.

 

Nicole Poli

Former Professional Women’s Lacrosse Player for the Boston Storm.

Nicole was a former Head DIII Women’s Lacrosse and Field Hockey Coach at Mount Ida College. Prior to her 6 years at Mount Ida she spent time at Western New England University as the Women’s Lacrosse Assistant. Most recently spent time coaching as an Assistant Women’s Lacrosse at Tufts University, where they competed for a National Championship in the Final Four. As a soccer and lacrosse player, Nicole graduated from Western New England University with a bachelors degree in psychology and coaching. Soon after graduating she was inducted into the Western New England Hall of Fame for both lacrosse and soccer.
